Hill Hvozd

Phonolite mountain with two peaks (749 m) on the state border with Germany. The border goes over its south peak. The mountain have been visited by tourists since 18th century. On the south peak there were situated two restaurants. In the year 1946 the restaurant at the Czech side burned out. The German restaurant works up to the present day. In the year 1891 there was in Germany on the north peak built the 25 m high stone view-tower and restaurant.
